Guidelines for rescheduling live training sessions and workshops
This policy applies to all live training sessions, workshops, and instructor-led classes offered by You Do LMS. We understand that schedules can change, and we've designed our rescheduling policy to be fair to both students and instructors while maintaining the quality of our educational programs.
This policy complements our Refund Policy and applies specifically to live session scheduling changes.
For standard rescheduling requests:
We allow one emergency reschedule per course under the following conditions:
Emergency Examples: Hospitalization, family death, urgent work travel, natural disasters, or other documented emergencies.
To reschedule your live session:

Fees are calculated based on original course price and must be paid before new session is confirmed.
Special considerations for instructor-led sessions:
For sessions with guest instructors or special events, specific rescheduling terms will be communicated during enrollment.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session:
Definition: A no-show occurs when a student fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notification.
Important: If you cannot attend a session, even with short notice, please email us immediately. While it may not qualify for free rescheduling, we can document your situation and potentially offer alternatives.

We recommend using the calendar invitation as your primary reference for session times in your local time zone.
