• Final Sale: All course purchases are final once the course is claimed

A course is considered claimed (and thus non-refundable) when any of the following actions occur:

• Login Access: You log into your student account and view any course content
• Material Access: You download or view any course materials, videos, or resources
• Session Attendance: You attend any live training session or workshop
• Progress Made: You complete any module, lesson, or assessment
• Certificate Request: You request or download any certificate

Note: Even minimal access (such as viewing one lesson) constitutes a course claim and makes the purchase non-refundable.

Our no-refund-after-claim policy exists for several important reasons:

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method:

• Digital Wallets: Refunded to the original wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)

In certain situations, we may offer partial refunds:

• Technical issues preventing course access (verified by our technical team)
• Course content significantly different from description

Partial refund amounts are determined based on:

• Percentage of course content accessed
• Time since purchase
• Nature of the issue
• Specific circumstances of the case

We may make exceptions to our standard refund policy in cases of:

All exception requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

Upon refund approval:

• Your access to the refunded course will be immediately terminated
• Any progress, certificates, or achievements will be revoked
• Downloaded materials must be deleted immediately
• Your account remains active for other courses or future purchases
• You may be ineligible for future refunds on the same course
